Background
Parcom and the current shareholders have reached an agreement on the acquisition of Zorg van de Zaak Netwerk B.V. (“Zorg van de Zaak”).
Zorg van de Zaak is the largest occupational health network for working people in the Netherlands. The network reaches more than 1,3 million employees through 67.000 employers that are connected to Zorg van de Zaak.
With Parcom as investor, the adopted strategy aimed at well-being and vitality of employees, prevention of absence and re-integration in case of absence, will be continued. Zorg van de Zaak and Parcom together have the ambition to grow as integrated service provider in the field of sustainable employability.
