Finvos advises the shareholders of Rainham Industrial Services on its sale to H.I.G. Capital

Background

Rainham provides industrial maintenance services to clients in demanding end-markets. It has built a strong reputation for quality delivery alongside an award-winning health and safety record.

Rainham benefits from increasing demand related to an ageing UK industrial base as well as to the growing needs of the power generation market and it has developed customer relationships that have endured, in many cases, over decades.

Tim McCarthy, CEO of Rainham, commented: :

“It was important for Rainham to find the right partner to go on this journey with. Finvos delivered a great result for the shareholders, management team and the business. We are delighted with the outcome and in HIG have found a partner who share our ambition. Finvos ran a smooth and very discreet process working closely with our team, to offer almost round the clock guidance, advice and support.”

Fardeen Nariman, Director at Finvos who led the transaction team, commented:

“We are delighted to have supported the management team and shareholders on this transaction. They have built a fantastic business and the support from H.I.G. will turbocharge their growth going forward in what is still a fragmented industrial services market with few service providers of Rainham’s quality. I wish all the shareholders the very best as they continue on their journey.”
